Processing times vary from 3 to 7 business days before shipping commences for crystals and ready-to-wear jewelry. Orders are processed in the order in which they were received. 

Please allow 1-3 weeks for made-to-order jewelry pieces to be handmade, packaged, & shipped. These processing and shipping times are only for made-to-order jewelry pieces. Most items on our site are ready-to-wear and ready to be packaged and shipped. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
